"HOW TO"

1-  Look at the months and days that are open. Booking is done by picking a day & texting me. All the information is below.

If you can take photos Mon-Fri I would appreciate that sooo much. 

I know some of you must have weekends but there are only so many each year.

A whole bunch of you are booking at the same time, so please pick as soon as you possibly can. If you wait, the day might be gone.

​

I try and update the days as soon as someone books it, but sometimes it takes me a few hours to get it changed.

​

Sessions start at  SUNRISE  and end at SUNSET. June-Mid October I recommend Sunrise times if anyone is sensitive to heat. Trust me on this one :)

​

Most sessions (except Seniors & Legacy) take approx 45 minutes, give or take some depending on what we are doing. I do NOT take pictures according to a specific amount of time. We are finished when my internal thingy says YAY!!!

2-  Text me at 816-438-1042 and tell me the day and approx. time you would like. I work Sunrise to Sunset most days & in August-September I recommend Sunrise for those sensitive to heat.​

Please note I do not take photos in Kansas City. If you are wanting an Urban look we use small towns. :) 99% of my photos are taken on Conservation land, locations I have rented or your land. I always pay the first $25 of any reservation fee. (I do pay 100% of the Wildflower farm fees)

4-  Once we get all that hammered out I will confirm your date and get you on my calendar. I will also need your physical MAILING address at this time. *not email*

5-  The remaining balance from your sale is due the day of your photoshoot or you can use my no interest payment plan.

​

6-  I totally understand life happens & you need to reschedule or you forget to message me. If for any reason we cannot get you scheduled in 2026 your sale is always a credit for the next year. You NEVER lose your deposit with me, it always becomes a studio credit.
